Jim Fuchs

Board Member

Jim Fuchs is a retired pediatrician with 35 years of experience providing care for children from birth through age 21 at Adirondack Pediatrics in Glens Falls. Beyond medicine, Jim has been deeply involved in the local community, serving 14 years on the Lake George School Board and currently serving on the board of the Glens Falls Foundation.

He is also actively engaged with the Adirondack Welcome Circle, an organization dedicated to supporting refugees settled in the Glens Falls area. Jim and his wife, Kate O’Keeffe, a retired OB/GYN, are proud parents of three grown daughters and grandparents to two grandchildren. In his free time, he enjoys playing the saxophone with the North Country Jazz Project, skiing, hiking, and gardening.
