Vice President
With over two decades of experience at Arrowbank, I bring expertise in home financing, specializing in construction loans, second homes, first-time homebuyer programs (including grants and low downpayment options), and investment properties. Whether you’re looking to buy, build, or refinance a residential home (four units or less) from Albany to Plattsburgh, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.
Beyond my professional role, I am deeply committed to community engagement. I proudly serve on the boards of HHHN and PACE at HHHN, act as an ARCC Ambassador, and contribute as a member of the Queensbury Youth Football Board and the Kiwanis Club of Glens Falls.
Previously, I’ve been involved with the Friends of Crandall Library Board and the United Way Allocation Committee, among numerous other initiatives.
In my personal life, I enjoy coaching my kids in various sports, swimming, skiing, golfing, reading, and staying active. My passion for community involvement and helping people achieve their goals fuels both my professional and personal endeavors.
Executive Director
Melissa is a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, Board Certified - specializing in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. She earned a Bachelor of Science in nursing at Quinnipiac University and is a graduate of Sage Colleges with a Master of Science degree, certified as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. Melissa was previously a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with Center for Children and Families and most recently was the psychiatric specialist for Glens Falls Pediatrics. She continues to have a collaborative relationship with Glens Falls Pediatrics at this time.
Melissa enjoys working with children, making them an active participant in their plan of care. She also loves working with families, giving them the tools they need to be successful in maintaining and supporting the mental health of their child.
Melissa is active in the community, supporting various entities that support children. Melissa has served on numerous school and community boards. Furthermore, Melissa is also a member of Warren County Interagency Collaboration Committee, which works to coordinate pediatric services within Warren County.
Melissa and her husband, Michael, have three children Dylan, Prysilla, and Michael. She enjoys traveling with family and resides in Glens Falls, NY.
Secretary
Maegan Huneke is a compassionate Pediatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) at Well Child Psychiatric NP, with a strong commitment to supporting children, adolescents, and teens facing mental health challenges. With advanced training and clinical experience, Maegan specializes in assessing, diagnosing, and treating a wide range of emotional and behavioral conditions, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, and trauma-related disorders. Maegan takes a holistic approach to care, working closely with families and interdisciplinary teams to provide tailored, evidence-based treatment. Dedicated to promoting mental wellness, Maegan is passionate about creating a safe, empathetic environment where young patients can thrive.
Maegan lives in Ballston Spa with her life partner: Chris, their son: Glenn, Jack Russell Terrier: Jill E. Beans, and their flock of chickens. She enjoys reading, kayaking, camping, and snowmobiling with her family in her free time.
Treasurer
Tia is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, specializing in children, adolescents and families. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from SUNY Plattsburgh and Masters Degree in Social Work from the University at Albany. She has experience providing individual, family and group therapy to children, adolescents, families and adults in both inpatient and outpatient settings; with special areas of interest in complex trauma, family/parenting work, mood disorders and personality disorders. Tia has been providing clinical services to Warren and Washington Counties since 2015, first through her work at Glens Falls Hospital Center for Children and Families and more recently through Behavioral Health Services North.
Using compassion, empathy, and an interactional style, Tia uses a trauma-informed, strengths based model to help her clients define what mental wellness means for them and help them reach that standard. By incorporating their emotional, social, spiritual, and physical selves, she helps clients explore their experiences, gain insight, and learn the skills to achieve their goals and thrive. Tia uses a variety of evidence-based treatment approaches, including CBT, DBT, EMDR, TF-CBT, Solution Focused Therapy, play therapy, and others; and has certifications in family trauma treatment and intensive trauma treatment.
Tia and her husband Jamie have four children, Dustin, EmilyAnn, Dominick, and Elias. Tia enjoys camping and hiking in the Adirondacks with family and friends, traveling, writing, and reading for personal pleasure and professional development.

Kristen is a Mental Health Counselor specializing in pediatric psychotherapy. With experience in working with children and families, Kristen provides compassionate, evidence-based care to support the mental and emotional well-being of young individuals. She utilizes a variety of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused, DBT, and play therapy, to address challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Committed to fostering a safe and supportive environment, Kristen partners with parents and caregivers to promote lasting positive changes for children and adolescents.
In her free time, Kristen enjoys hiking in the Adirondacks, reading, listening to music, traveling, and spending time with family, friends, and her dog, Finley.
