Jason McLaughlin is Executive Director of the WAIT House, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting young people experiencing homelessness. With a deep commitment to youth advocacy and social justice, Jason plays a pivotal role in driving the mission of WAIT House to provide shelter, resources, and guidance to individuals in need.
With years of experience in the field of human services, Jason is known for his compassionate approach to helping young people overcome barriers to success. He has worked tirelessly to create a safe and welcoming environment, where every young person feels valued, supported, and empowered to reach their full potential. Jason's leadership extends beyond just providing essential services; he also works to foster community partnerships, increase awareness about homelessness, and build sustainable solutions for the future. Jason Is the current Board Chair for the New York State Runaway and Homeless Youth Advisory Board and is a member of the Strategic Planning and Data and Goals committee’s for the Saratoga North Country Continuum of Care.
